What do I do if the indicator light shows poor connection or signal (alternating blue/green)?
There are many reasons that can cause unstable network connections, including limited broadwidth, poor signals on site or too many users using the same connection at once.
Please try the suggestions below to enhance the quality of your network connection:
1. Move Pixsee Play closer to the wireless access point, such as placing Pixsee Play and router in the same room and avoiding walls.
2. Check for other devices currently connected to the same network that use up much of the network resources (e.g. video calling), or other devices performing concurrent downloads or uploads. Delay or pause these operations may increase connection speeds.
3. Use a dedicated wireless network and avoid using a mobile hotspot to connect to Pixsee Play.
If none of the above solutions work, please contact your internet provider.
