When Pixsee loads the storage device, it will automatically detect and repair for any error that may affect data loading.
You can check device storage status from the Pixsee APP menu. When status shows as "recovering", it means your storage device is being repaired; and if status shows as "damaged", please contact customer service as soon as possible.
When storage device recovery is in progress, some features may be temporarily unavailable, however, live streaming and photos access will not be affected.
*Please note that even after storage device is recovered, you may still experience some data loss, including video playback record of the past 24 hours.
