How To Use and Setup
1. What can I do if some of the functions are not working properly after the initial setup? Difficulty scanning QR code Live feed shows up as black and white footage Infrared night mode turned up but still shows up black on display It shows "Device is locked" What does it mean when it shows "Playback unavailable"? Why can't I find the pictures/videos I just took in the album? Why didn't I receive a notification every time when baby cries? Why am I not getting push notifications for pixsee? It shows “Oops! Couldn’t access your account. Please try again.” It shows "An unknown error has occurred" at log-in.
Connectivity
1. Live video feed is unable to steam properly. Wi-Fi reset or connection failed I see a solid green light on pixsee, but why can't I connect to live stream properly? What do I do if the indicator light shows poor connection or signal? Cannot fill in network name during the setup process.
