1.Your phone has connected to the desired Wi-Fi network.
2.You have turned onβLocation Servicesβon your phone.
For iOS- Turn Location Services on at Settings > Privacy > Location Services.
For Android- Turn Location Services on at Settings > Location.
If the above has been verified, please allow location access for the pixsee app to retrieve the Wi-Fi that your phone is currently connected to. If the Wi-Fi name doesn't show up, please return to the previous step and enter again.
